Group visits
We welcome groups and can accommodate small social gatherings, special interest parties, coaches and schools.
An adult group of more than ten is entitled to the discounted group rate.
The rates are as follows:
» For groups of 10 - 24, £5.25 per person
» For groups of 25 + £5.00, per person
The Forum Café is open for morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea. If your group require particular catering facilities or you would like to reserve tables please contact us on 01983 406223.
Coaches
Coach parties are welcome both to the Exhibition and to the Forum Café. There is plenty of free coach parking situated 100 metres from the Exhibition and Visitor Centre entrance. Wheelchairs are available and our staff are happy to bring these the parking area.
The Forum Café is ideal for morning coffee, lunch or afternoon tea and can be visited anytime independently of the Exhibition.
